Quanta IX8 switches running SONiC 202511 with MC-LAG, BGP/EVPN, BFD. Patched kernel for Debian Trixie. Dual production leaf switches.

Vault + HSM Security

HashiCorp Vault with Raft HA. Envelope encryption rooted in TPM 2.0. Kubernetes auth. Transit engine for application secrets.

OTel Observability

Jaeger v2 traces, Prometheus metrics, Loki logs. Grafana correlates all three. Alloy DaemonSet shippers. Full CQRS event visibility.

NATS Event Bus

JetStream durable consumers in an actor-like pattern. Subject hierarchy mirrors the organizational tree. Will port to Kafka/Redpanda at scale.

Cilium + Gateway API

Cilium CNI with Gateway API (replaced nginx). Dual-stack IPv6. TLSRoute passthrough for kube-api. Wildcard certs via cert-manager + Cloudflare DNS-01.
